Visma Consulting Oy has acquired Vuealta Oy, which is the leading company focused on Anaplan planning and analytics solutions consulting in Finland. Vuealta Oy was established in 2016, and it has a market share of over 80 per cent in Finnish Anaplan projects. Visma Consulting has, already in the past, been a strong operator in the market of data-driven leadership consulting and software and, with the transaction, this position will only be reinforced. Vuealta will join Visma Consulting, which offers digitalisation services for Finnish companies and the public sector with around 500 experts.
