Visma Consulting has acquired Solidabis Solutions Oy, which is one of the fastest-growing companies providing software development services in Finland. Solidabis offers software development, user experience design and process development services with around 80 employees. Last year, Tivi’s study ranked Solidabis 26th in fastest-growing Finnish IT companies.
Last week, we revealed that Visma Consulting and the Custom Solutions division will continue as a separate new company under the ownership of the capital investor CVC. As a result of this, we will become one of the largest IT consulting houses in the Nordic countries. Solidabis Solutions Oy will also transfer over to the new company following the completion of the transaction.
Both we and Solidabis already have a strong position in software development services, and together we can provide services even more extensively than before. Especially in user experience design and process development and automation, Solidabis will provide us with cutting-edge competence.

Solidabis Solutions Oy will continue as an independent part of the new company, and the transaction will have no effect on the company’s personnel or customers.
